Needed to replace a battery on an emergency basis. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the problem was taken care of quickly and slightly under the estimated cost.

Recently (Feb 17,2017) my wife and son and myself was on the drive back to Ontario from Florida in my Denali 2500HD Duramax truck (Donnie's Baby) when we encountered a service issue with the emissions system. I managed to drive the truck to the closest GM dealer before it reduced my speed and power.... We happened to be unlucky with the truck's reliability on that day but we were very fortunate to have COASTAL CHEVROLET as the nearest dealer. The service staff were excellent in assisting us through out the whole process. Due to the nature of the service and the timing for parts and repair time, we decided to leave the truck in their capable hands while we jumped on a plane and returned back home. When we flew back down to retrieve the truck they had it successfully repaired and even washed and ready for the 1100 mile trip back home. This vehicle break down was a very stressful experience to have endured. The only shinning light about this whole experience was the complete solution that Daniel and his staff provided for me and my family. They looked after all our concerns, provided all the ground transportation, and showed us great compassion for these unfortunate circumstances. A special " thank you " to Jim for your the rides and all your recommendations. No one ever wishes to to stranded while on a trip but it is nice to know that there are people like the staff at COASTAL who go above and beyond to assist complete strangers when a dilemma strikes. No pressure from the minute I got on the lot. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Found what I was looking for online and completed the deal with in a few hours. Will probably be back in the future.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous especially the sales agent. He was patient and worked hard to gain my business. I would recommend Vaden as the place to purchase a new or used car.

I called to get a tire patched because of a nail. I was in less than an hour to be seen and the job took less than 30 minutes to get fixed.

The service managers are great. They're polite, professional and anxious to help. This was the second visit to fix a power window problem so I was a little frustrated. It took them less than 30 minutes to get the problem resolved. They were very apologetic that it was necessary for me to return... and I felt it was a genuine apology. Not just lip service Show more
