Chevrolet Impala Goes Luxury

The classic Chevrolet Impala is finally scheduled for a design change. And this time, it's going to be something special. The 2014 Impala is expected to move "upmarket" in price, features and will even become the flagship of Chevrolet's lineup. The car will offer more standard equipment than the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu.1

Ready for the 2014 model year, this Chevrolet Impala will share its platform with the Cadillac XTS sedan, a re-engineered front-wheel-drive Epsilon platform. In other words, Impala is going from utilitarian to luxury.

Chevrolet Best in Reliability

Chevrolet came in first in a survey of car reliability, according to new research by Warranty Direct's Reliability Index. Analyses of "the frequency of failure and also the cost of repair to customers' cars" helped show that Chevrolet is leading with a score of just 20.00. The lower the score, the better the reliability and lower the cost.
